What happens when you submit this form

Your request is logged and reviewed by the Poker Ryu team (Mad Cat Studio). Deletion is not automatic — we will verify the request before acting on it. You will not receive a confirmation email unless we reach out manually.

What is deleted

• Your Poker Ryu account and sign-in credentials
• All training progress, mastery levels, and session history stored in the cloud
• Any data associated with your email address in our systems

What may be retained

• Transaction records required by law or for tax and accounting purposes
• Fraud-prevention records where legally required
• Anonymised or aggregated data that cannot identify you
• Data held by Apple, Google, or RevenueCat — see their respective privacy policies

Subscriptions must be cancelled separately

In-app deletion (requires sign-in)

If you still have access to the app and are signed in, you can delete your account directly: Settings → Account → Danger Zone → Delete Account. In-app deletion schedules removal automatically after a 30-day grace period.

RevenueCat, Apple, and Google data

Purchase history and subscription data held by RevenueCat, Apple, or Google is subject to their own data retention policies. Contact them directly if you want that data removed. RevenueCat's privacy policy: revenuecat.com/privacy.
